SAFETY.
CONFIDENCE.
INDEPENDENCE.
We know self defense isn't just physical and we also know tips like, "Always use the buddy system," aren't always realistic for college students. Our goal is to make self defense attainable, relatable and FUN for those with minimal to no training. Get the tools to live your life to the fullest by feeling more safe, confident and independent.

- Addresses SEVERAL MYTHS you've heard about safety
- Tailored to college women with little to no experience
- UNLIMITED PARTICIPANTS from your chapter
- Covers mental, situational AND physical self defense

The course is built to be extremely interactive with time codes for you, the event planner, to more easily facilitate. You'll gain access for half the school year and can run the course as many times as you'd like for your chapter.

The three types of realistic self defense we teach.
"Really helped me feel more confident in taking care of myself alone. I'm one of those people that's always anxious, always preparing. This helped me feel like being a woman wasn't something I always needed to be scared of. Like I could take control."
University of Kansas Alpha Delta Pi
"This was the most helpful and practical self defense course I've taken."
